2009 Summer Undergraduate Research Symposium

July 30, 2009

The Summer Undergraduate Research Program (SURP) in Physiology and Biophysics provides a unique opportunity for students to engage in research projects under the supervision of experienced research mentors. This year's program concluded with a poster session in which the students presented the results of their efforts to other students, faculty, and guests. An ample supply of ice cream provided an additional incentive to attend.

Hiren Mistry and Katherine Martin each received the Most Promising Scientist Award from Dr. Gea-Ny Tseng.

On to the poster session. First, the refreshments were attacked amid much milling around.
